The Real Estate Academy (RE Academy) takes University of Michigan students to cities across the country to explore every facet of real estate. Participants visit firms of all sizes, learn from alumni and professionals passionate about their field, and build connections with leaders eager to guide their next steps. Supported by the Blau Initiative for Early Career Advancement in Real Estate and Infrastructure, the program expands access and provides hands-on exposure for undergraduates at every experience level.
After visiting New York City each May and South Florida for last year’s spring break trek, the RE Academy is heading west to Los Angeles. With the new Ross School of Business LA Campus now open, this is an ideal opportunity to experience West Coast real estate culture and broaden your understanding of the industry nationwide. Over several days, selected students will meet professionals across the Los Angeles development ecosystem and grow their U-M alumni network. Stay tuned to the WCRE newsletter for an exciting lineup of participating firms.
