The Weiser Center for Real Estate at the University of Michigan is proud to partner with Rho Epsilon Iota for REvolution 2026, the fraternity’s national conference, taking place on October 30, 2026, at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing real estate education by connecting students with industry leaders, expanding experiential learning opportunities, and preparing the next generation of professionals.
As the presenting sponsor of the inaugural REIT Challenge, the Weiser Center will support a national investment competition that gives students the opportunity to analyze publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs), develop investment recommendations, and present their ideas before a panel of industry professionals. The competition will culminate during REvolution, where finalist teams will compete live at Michigan Stadium.
REvolution will bring together more than 400 students from leading universities across the country for a full day of networking, recruiting, educational programming, and professional development. The conference will feature a keynote address from Jared Fleisher, CEO of Bedrock Detroit, two industry panels featuring leaders from across the commercial real estate industry, the REIT Challenge finals, and additional opportunities for students to engage directly with employers, alumni, and industry professionals.
Through this partnership, the Weiser Center continues its commitment to providing students with meaningful experiences that bridge the classroom and the real estate industry while strengthening the University of Michigan’s role as a leader in commercial real estate education.
