Zehnder's of Frankenmuth Trek — 2026

Rho Epsilon Iota visited Zehnder's of Frankenmuth to learn about the business, the importance of owner-operators in real estate, and how real estate supports its operations. Students toured the restaurant, including the kitchens and processing stations, then had dinner with Jon Mendis of Hyperion Realty Capital to hear about careers and different paths in real estate. Thanks to the Weiser Center for Real Estate and Amy Merrick for helping bring this experience together.
