Emily D’Agostini: Attorney and Principal at D’Agostini Companies
Emily D’Agostini Kunath is an attorney and principal at the D’Agostini Companies. D’Agostini Companies is a privately held real estate developer and property manager, which has been in business over 50 years. As an active participant in real estate markets in southeast Michigan, southwest Florida and central Texas, D’Agostini Companies focuses on value-add development in commercial, industrial and residential land sectors. Emily’s main focus is overseeing legal and accounting functions, with emphasis on estate and income tax planning, family office, real property tax, leasing, purchase and disposition, joint ventures, condo work and property management.
She graduated from Emory University School of Law and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. At Emory, she successfully competed nationally with Emory’s Moot Court Society and was a member of Emory’s National Team in 1997-98.
She is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving as the Michigan Governmental Relations Committee Chairperson and as a participant on the Continuing Education Program Committee. Ms. Kunath is also a licensed builder in Michigan.
Mitchell McMullen: Private Equity Associate at Promanas
Mitch graduated with a BBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and joined the Promanas team as an associate in 2023. He is responsible for vetting and sourcing acquisition and development opportunities, investor relations, and our marketing platform. Mitch is a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses since the age of 13. Most notably, he co-founded and built M22 Detailing, a leading auto & marine detailing business in Northern Michigan.
In 2022 Mitch worked as an intern at REDICO, a Detroit-based developer with $3.5B+ of assets under management. With REDICO, Mitch was responsible for underwriting a $500M+ pipeline, developing a proprietary data platform for their $2B+ senior housing portfolio, and presenting deals to the investment committee. During his final year at the University of Michigan, Mitch was an analyst with Oxford Companies, a vertically integrated operator with over $400M of office assets. With Oxford, Mitch handled daily underwriting activities and market and asset specific research.
Mitch resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and enjoys flying planes, reading, photography, and spending time in Northern Michigan with his family. He is a passionate learner and loves to meet new people.
Andrew Selinger: Chief Investment Officer at Oxford Companies
Andrew Selinger serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Oxford, with primary responsibilities in investor relations, asset management, and corporate and portfolio finance. He is also involved in Oxford’s development initiatives, as well as involvement with Oxford’s legal department, Board of Advisors, and executive Leadership Team.
Andrew began his real estate career as an intern in 2009 at Oxford Companies while attending the University of Michigan. After graduation, he was hired full-time and has since been promoted five times, each time to a position that did not previously exist. Andrew has played a key role at Oxford, which has grown from 16 to over 100 employees since he joined the company.
Andrew has been instrumental in the company’s commercial real estate acquisitions. He has been directly involved in $200 million in commercial real estate acquisitions spanning 1,700,000 square feet, and in raising $60 million in equity. He has also played a lead role in securing over $280 million in new debt, refinancing, and loan assumptions.
Outside of work, Andrew has been especially involved in the Urban Land Institute, including with a Local Product Council, the Young Leadership Group, and the Larson Leadership Initiative. Andrew has lived in Ann Arbor since 2006. His hobbies include golf and travel photography.
Lynn Glantz: Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at Castle Lanterra
As the Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at Castle Lanterra, Ms. Glantz plays a pivotal role in managing the global fundraising and marketing endeavors of the company. In her capacity, she oversees Castle Lanterra’s business development initiatives as well as managing investor relations for the firm’s partnerships. Additionally, she directs the overall marketing strategy and is responsible for the design, supervision, and implementation of digital marketing practices. Ms. Glantz is an active member of Castle Lanterra’s Executive Committee.
With more than two decades of experience in investor relations, external communication, client service, marketing and fundraising, Ms. Glantz specializes in private real estate funds and syndications. She has worked with a diverse range of institutional and individual investors, including city and state pension plans, university endowments, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
Prior to her role at Castle Lanterra, Ms. Glantz served as a Vice President at Rockwood Capital, focusing on external communication, client service, and investor reporting. She also held the position of Director in the Private Capital Group at Cantor Fitzgerald, where her responsibilities included marketing alternative investment funds. Ms. Glantz spent seven years at The Praedium Group, most recently as Vice President, where she led the investor relations team, and four years at UBS Global Asset Management, overseeing institutional accounts with assets exceeding $1 billion.
Ms. Glantz holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan. She is an active member of the Weiser Center for Real Estate Advisory Board at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Bryan Pritchard: Founder and CEO of Tricap Residential Group
As Founder and CEO of Tricap, Bryan Pritchard enjoys taking on difficult projects that challenge his teammates and encourage growth. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Bryan founded Tricap in 2007 as a redeveloper of multi-family properties. Under Bryan’s leadership, the company has grown into a multifaceted organization that develops, manages, and leases thousands of apartments.
Bryan values innovation and cohesiveness as a way to bring success to each of his company’s projects. Tricap only operates properties the company owns, utilizing the best available digital tools to assist both the Tricap management team and apartment residents.
Today, Bryan’s career transactions are in excess of $500,000,000. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and was formerly President of the Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago.
Bryan lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife and two boys and enjoys an active lifestyle with his family.
Nevan Shokar: Vice President at Basco
Nevan Shokar, a resident of the Brush Park neighborhood in Detroit, and graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business BBA program, is the Vice President of Real Estate at Basco. His responsibilities include leading the firm’s development efforts, leasing, financial analysis and reporting, deal structuring, tax incentives, and government relations. Nevan has spent over a decade sourcing, acquiring, developing, and financing over $4 billion of real estate transactions across the globe. Prior to Basco, he worked in economic development alongside the Mayor of Detroit to structure commercial real estate transactions, placed investments for CALPERS, and worked for the largest owner of health care assets in the world.
