Developers, architects, planners, conservationists, and other land use professionals are preparing to navigate the future of real estate.  It is with the future in mind that the Weiser Center for Real Estate introduced its inaugural Future of Real Estate Competition.  Through this competition, we asked students from across campus to showcase their unique perspectives on a vast and complex issue, challenging them to envision what the future holds for the spaces in which we work, live, and play.

This year 15 teams from multiple disciplines shared their notions of the future of real estate in engaging posters and abstracts.  Results of their work were reviewed by a panel of judges from across the industry, who provided feedback and ultimately chose a winning team. The top three teams were awarded a generous prize package.

Thank you to all of our participants and judges for making this year’s competition a success!
